This is probably the last of the Geraniums this year, the first freeze of the fall is supposed to be tonight. They were beautiful all summer long; perched in a planter mounted on the brick wall overlooking the deck, and I can see them from my kitchen. It was an unusually rainy summer here, and the flowers were magnificent. We picked every last Dahlia early this evening; yellow and a gorgeous pink/coral color, they will be used in a larger painting.
So long to summer.........
