We had our first snow a few days ago, and the birds were busy in the early morning light. I watched for awhile, and in particular, this little Carolina Wren. I was lucky enough to capture a photo of him as he experienced, what might be his first snow. He seemed a little bewildered to me and I hope I have expressed this feeling in the painting.
