Washing of the Water, Oil Painting by Linda McCoy

This is Voice of America Park, it's still pretty winter looking here, but there is hope, the sky was really blue today and there is green algae on the water. Spring can't be too long now :)
I named this painting after the haunting Peter Gabriel song "Washing of the Water."
