The Cincinnati area was hit hard by winds generated by Hurricane Ike. Fortunately the rain didn't come with it. We lost power for several days so I started a few watercolors I could work on during daylight hours. It was so quiet without power! All I could hear was the sound of the wind chimes, birds and the kids having a great time playing.
